The Beautiful Tiny Home in Gangwon City

This tiny house is located in Gangwon city, one of the cleanest areas in Korea. It is also the host city for the upcoming Pyeongchang 2018 Olympic Winter Games. The area’s clean environment demands for careful planning and architectural designs that will preserve the natural beauty of its’ surroundings. ‘The Tiny House Of Slow Town’ is a project by DNC Architects and The Plus Partners, aimed at addressing the need for a maximum number of accommodations, while at the same time using minimal construction materials that are also environmentally friendly and sustainable. The Tiny House of Slow Town occupies a small area of only 19.2 sq meters. It has a clean minimalist design that compliments its’ pristine environment with a lot of woodwork to show. It has a slender figure, but a steep roof to adds height to the living space. Its interiors are composed of a living room, a built-in kitchen, one bathroom, and a large bed on a loft accessible through a small staircase that also functions as storage space. Though small in size, the house looks stunning, and any visitors would be surely have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in this lovely tiny home with the beautiful flora and fauna of Gangwon right in front of their door step.
