Meet Cobby by The Little Cabin Company

Cobby is a tiny house made from sustainably harvested cedar, fully assembled from prefabricated parts in a matter of hours. It requires minimal energy to power up thanks to its blown recycled fiber insulation throughout and its low-voltage LEDs, fully wired to be hooked up to the electrical grid or to solar. Inside, the cabin feels cozy and spacious as the tall roof line for snow load gives added volume to the interior space.

British Columbia’s The Little Cabin Company custom builds these luxurious little cabins that are well-insulated to withstand Canada’s northern temperatures. These small cabins come in at 104 square feet, just under the 107 square feet that’s generally needed for a building permit in Canada, though interested buyers should double-check their local regulations. The cost of the cabin is approximately USD $19,200, but the company can spec up or down depending on a client’s requirements.
