GOT A CABIN? TRY RENTING IT OUT

HERE’S A COUPLE OF REASONS WHY OWNING A CABIN AND RENTING IT OUT JUST MIGHT ATTRACT A LOT OF POTENTIAL RENTERS

A log cabin’s charm has transcended its era. Even now its signature style is being sought by people all over. The intricate details in the design, the signature log architecture such as vaulted ceilings and exposed beams all come together to create this American icon.

People nowadays tend to look for a safe haven where they can escape from the noise of urban living. Log cabins are typically located in places where there is limited contact with modern civilization. Remote areas like forests, mountainsides, and sometimes deserts are some of the many ideal locations.

There are cabins that also offer off-the-grid experiences, where modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and electricity won’t be available. Most people who are used to modern living would most likely turn away from such a lifestyle. However, there are those who would give anything just to live outside the bounds of modern civilization. Now if you were to pair this with the cabin’s typically rustic nature, it becomes a winning combination for those looking for something different.

The cabin we have featured here is one of many examples of what cabins have to offer.

Historic log cabin built in the 1930’s in a very pretty setting with large pine oak-hickory and a Japanese maple tree. It’s totally fenced in with gate for entry. Beautiful large two-sided limestone fireplace in living and dining areas with stone soaring all the way to the roof line.
