The Multi-Purpose Villa
Created by German economist, Frank Thoma, The ingenious TomaHouse is a modular design of a Bali-style cabin. Made for the tropical islands, the cabin is designed to endure storms and earthquakes with its aluminum framework and stainless steel grid building system. To enable flexibility in design, the house includes interchangeable modules to fit the clients needs for configuration. Natural hardwoods were used as paneling and stone for the walls and flooring. Starting at 850 euros per square meter, the TomaHouse is ready to be delivered into pieces for easy assembly on site.
