A Brand New House in the Style of Old and Rustic Homes

At 3,962-square-feet, this beautiful country home is amazingly spacy. And it’s surrounded by amazing views and surroundings all around, located in Wilson, Wyoming. The home consists of three interconnected structures, which allows them to be more connected with the outside. And it does that in style, with its cedar plank floors, rusted corrugated metal, hand-hewn square logs, and regional fieldstone.

The homeowners wanted the house to look “as though it had been on the property for a century.” To achieve this effect, the architects salvaged materials from old homestead cabins and sheds throughout the Rocky Mountains and incorporated them into plans for the project.
