See how far things can be transformed with sustainability in mind? This company has undertaken the massive task of accommodating a place for people to live at the top and water storage space at the bottom. And it looks pretty nifty, wouldn’t you say?
Inspired by Hawaii’s natural beauty, Elevate founders Tiffany and Nathan set out to create these innovative structures to help care for the environment and help people. The structure’s base, modeled after a trunk, can store up to 1500 gallons of rainwater. Solar panels are incorporated on the roof and in between the livings walls. Solar panels are incorporated to promote renewable energy, and living walls are used in the design to help mitigate CO2, and provide cleaner air.
