Just because your house is small doesn’t mean you can’t live large!
With a fairly large shower and functional bathroom.
Built-in storage for toiletries and a cute washing basket. You could install a regular flushing toilet, or a composting toilet.
And the most important part of the house, the sleeping loft. Plenty of space to sit up, and their baby sleeps next to them in the bassinet.
A dual purpose stair which can store all your small stuff.
Even the couch contains large drawers beneath!
We also have an additional ‘Mini-Loft’ Perfect for those ‘extra’ things that you don’t use as often. (Like the pre-pregnancy clothes that Shaye says she will fit again one day 😉 The mini storage loft is part of the framing and so you’ll see it included in Lucy’s loft framing plans.
Because of the french door and large windows the house feels light and airy.
As I’m sure you’ve noticed by now, the ceilings are much higher than normal, which is part of why the house appears so spacious.
Our little family might live in a tiny house – but we live a happy life 🙂
Here are some parts of the plan of Lucy.
