We Love This Breezy A-Frame in Siargao, Philippines!
Check out this unique tropical A-frame, standing in the middle of coconut and mango trees! A-frames are not typical in this side of the world, and this little charmer caught our eye! Located in a quiet area in a 1,000 square meter lot, the thatched roof is made of mangrove palm, or nipa — typical of native houses in the country.
Large windows can be opened to let the breeze in. Beaches in the area are great for surfing!
You can stay at the Triangle House for $54 a night.
Going up by the stairs you will enter a wide mezzanine, and enjoy the view over the living room. Lift the broad white curtains to discover the cosy cabin room with queen size and comfy bed. A wardrobe with hangers and a long shelve are at your disposal to place your clothes and belongings.
On the other side of the mezzanine is a chill area to relax, read a book or practice some yoga with a beautiful view on the green garden.
The mezzanine floor is wooden, as are all the custom designed furnitures in the house, from sofa to shelves. Thanks to the several windows, which make this A-frame unique, you always feel a bit of air coming in and going around with the ceiling fans. We also have two spare stand fans at disposal.
