Warc Studio’s Lean-to House

Today we bring to you a low budget alteration / addition project in Oakleigh Australia.  Designed by WArc Studio architects, the idea was to provide a new rear living space and modify some of the existing residence such that the result is a learn-to mono pitch roof form that fits with the original 1960s era.  The efficiency is increased in terms of the home’s thermal envelope, and therefore the solution is strategic and sustainable.  Take a look through these photos and tell us what you think on our Facebook Page!
