THIS HOME MAY BE SMALL BUT IT’S GOT EVERYTHING AND MAYBE EVEN MORE THAN WHAT AN AVERAGE SIZE HOME WOULD OFFER

This tiny house owned by Vida Lustado measures only 140 square feet. However, according to her it already has everything you would expect an average home would have. This home proves the efficiency and benefits of tiny house living is more than just sales talk.

One of the main features of her home is the multi-functionality of a lot of her furniture. A piece of furniture can double as a small table. The sofa in the great room can be arranged into an additional bed. The smart use of vertical space for shelf storage meant for a lot of items to be stored within the small space. Finally, a sleeping loft for the owner meant more space saved.

Lustado’s chic, red west cedar residence’s exterior is all about a clean modern aesthetic sensibility. The same sensibility informs its interior. The home’s great room features a modular sofa that (with sheets and a pillow or two) can allow for the space to become a guest bedroom when Lustado has company.
