The home features a storage integrated staircase as well as an elevated section with a storage compartment. They provide convenient out-of-sight storage space. The bedroom has enough headroom for you to stand up straight in, something that isn’t common in a lot of tiny mobile homes.

All the modern facilities are compact but they still provide their full functions. This design allows for smart use of limited space, making the tiny home feel more spacious even though it’s only 331 square feet! Price for the Noyer starts at roughly $88,600.

Its exterior is finished in cedar and steel, and it’s topped by a sloping roof. Structurally, it comprises SIPs (structural insulated panels) and has a high amount of airtightness, which means that it requires relatively little heating or cooling to maintain a comfortable temperature, both in hot and cold weather – the same principle is used in Passive Houses.
