With this clever little invention, there’s no reason to head home. Missions are meant to be completed, and the fish are meant to be caught. A pure definition of “shelter”, this little hut has got you covered. Literally. Not to mention, it’s easy to carry and is fold-able.
Designed by Norwegian architects Gartnerfuglen, the portable hut folds up (in about 30 seconds). Don’t forget to bring a Thermos. Chicken wire frames the walls and a raised wooden platform made of pine slats allow an occupant to stay dry inside. The wall and roof panels can be filled with water; the frozen blocks create a windscreen.
