An Exceptional Round Hut
There’s something about round homes that make you want to get in a circle with your friends, hold hands, and dance. Or is it just me? Nonetheless, this little cottage in Jeju-do, South Korea, is using the geometrical power of a circle to support the roof and make an interesting interior at the same time. It even has a center skylight! So if you don’t want to hold hands and dance, then maybe you’ll at least agree that it’d be fun to lay on the floor and gaze at the ceiling for a while, yes? Hue earth house is an eco-friendly house with wooden pillars and walls filled with Jeju volcanic clusters and covered with ocher.
