A SAFE SPACE IN THE FOREST!

See Why This Home is Aptly Called “Refuge”
Who would have thought that in the middle of a Eucalyptus forest, one would find peace and solace? Well, that is exactly what the architect of this home, aptly called Refuge, would like to let its dwellers feel. Hanging 6 meters above the ground, this house radiates a certain sense of tranquility. The space gives off a vibe of safety and relaxation whether it is for a retreat or a detox from life.
The home has only one bedroom but it boasts of a large space. The architect was inspired by Japanese minimalism making the home look clean and polished. It is complete with an outdoor lounge area, small sitting room for meals, and a kitchen. A bathroom with gorgeous views is also available. The house has large openings, sliding glass walls, skylights, and an open-air patio making the house part of the surrounding forest. Wake up and see Mother Nature right when you get up.
The 134 sqm. property is accessible via a ramp through the woods. It is currently not for sale.
Design and architecture are allies in this project, which has an architectural designed with very detail and functionality in mind,” stresses Piacesi. “The intention was to bring the concept and lifestyle that embrace nature, giving light to a universe less digital and more peaceful. A real Refuge.”
