A Swedish Sanctuary!

Discover the Stedsans in the Woods!
A cabin made entirely out of glass! In Bohult, Sweden, these cabins are reality, with 14 cabins of this kind scattered across 800 sqm. There’s even a big public building in the center, also completely covered in glass. To make this project even better, the architects decided to upcycle material from old greenhouses, barns and anything useful!
The centerpiece of the design is the ‘third space’ — two intersecting glazed triangular prisms that contain a restaurant and a semi-outdoor kitchen. Here, guests will eat fish caught from the adjacent lake, with most ingredients coming directly from the farm or the forest. The woods will also house 14 cabins, which have been scattered across the site. Each dwelling occupies a unique location in the landscape — some float on the lake, while others hang between the trees.
