ADORABLE ACORN CABIN

THIS HOME TAKES TINY HOUSE LIVING TO A NEW LEVEL OF BOTH EFFICIENCY AND CHARM

Feast your eyes on the Acorn Cabin. This trailer home is efficient in both space and materials. It’s made of reclaimed wood making it environmentally friendly. It’s sized at 136 square feet making it a really small home. However, its floor plan makes efficient use of the limited living space making it feel more spacious than it is.

Being a trailer home, the Acorn Cabin can be brought to wherever you can take it. Its small size will make it more convenient to move around. Take this home along on your adventures and enjoy the warmth and coziness of a cabin home all neatly packed into this little package.

According to the builders at Humble Hand Craft, like most of their cabins, the Acorn was made out of wood salvaged from various sources. The Western Red Cedar shingles used to clad the small structure were reclaimed from an old mansion in California. The porch posts were made out of a dead tree that had fallen near one of the builder’s favorite hiking trails in Ojai.
