Dream Wide Awake
Architect Hiroshi Nakamura designed this Woodland Home in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. Although it could be mistaken as a group of tents for campers from afar, once you get closer you’d realize that it’s an actual abode for a couple who simply loves the wilderness. Its sharp pointy roofs seem like it’s conversing with the sky, don’t you think? Then as you enter the house, the same pointy features are prominent and distinct from the interior as well. You won’t fail to look up and notice the high pointy ceiling and catch glimpses of the sky through orchestrated skylights and windows. Take a look through these photos and then please tell us what you think on our Facebook Page!
