The Souhegan, which means Watching Place, is appropriately named for the breathtaking views the home has to offer. It has two structures sitting atop tall trees and posts plus an elevated cedar hot tub. All of which offer stunning views of the surrounding lush environment.
This dwelling takes advantage of the beautiful scenery with its many wide windows. The open observation decks give you many vantage points to admire the pristine landscape. The Souhegan is in Georgetown, Maine and it has a nightly rate of around $290.
The space and the 21-acre property are yours. There are two other one-bedroom tree dwellings on the property, each well-spaced out to give plenty of privacy. In addition, guests have access to adjoining 40-acre peninsula with docks, trails, and cottages.
