So Good Thing It’s For Sale!
Although the dogtrot style has been around for as long as we can remember (and then even longer than that), those darn Architects keep trying to improve upon it. Well, in this particular case, Max Fulbright has succceeded in doing just that, and luckily for us all, his floor plans are available for sale! To visit his website, see the link at the bottom of page 4. And until then, enjoy browsing through all these incredible photos of his version of the dogtrot. Then tell us what you think about it on our Facebook Page!

A screened porch in the middle connects two living areas. Three bedrooms and a loft filled with bunk beds provide plenty of sleeping room for your family and friends. There are three baths, a laundry, and a great room for cooking, dining and hanging out. A fireplace in the great room allows you to enjoy a warm fire on a cold winter night with your family. This dogtrot plan has a covered front porch and a screened in porch for grilling out and enjoying the views of your lot. You can choose to build the plan in stages or build both additions at once.
