Properly Utilize the A-Frame Design
Are you planning to renovate or design your own A-Frame style house? Find inspiration from a couple’s experience with a lovely house they found in Tillamook State Forest, Oregon.
At 900 square feet, the home can prove to be quite challenging to work with due to the limited space available, but this couple found ways to work around this. Adding a loft would help accommodate more guests and making use of bigger glass windows transformed the home making it bright and sunny. They also took advantage of the sloped roof by adding skylights for more natural lighting.
As a way to keep costs reasonable and still achieve their desired aesthetic, the couple mixed custom pieces (the window bench) with off-the-shelf IKEA (the kitchen) and topped off the combo with vintage accessories.
