It’s A Two-bedroom Cabin That Once Housed A Family Of 13!

Located in Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is a quaint cabin. One would not expect to find a cabin in the middle of a theme park but this home holds a special meaning for one of country music’s biggest artists. The cabin is the actual replica of the childhood home of Dolly Parton!

This humble home only has two bedrooms yet it was able to house a family of 13. The cabin is very homey and is complete with basic amenities. Despite having no electricity or running water, the cabin remains to be a peaceful and memorable home for Dolly. Looking back, she reminisces about her humble beginnings and never forgets where she came from.

“In my Tennessee mountain home / Life is as peaceful as a baby’s sigh / In my Tennessee mountain home / The crickets sing in the fields nearby,” she sings.
