[VIDEO] How Small Is Too Small?

It’s Cute as a Button… But Is It Livable?
As all things taken to an extreme, tiny homes sometimes end up trying to out-do themselves too. This cute little off grid rustic cottage, named the “Yeta,” is a mere 1-room portable space that provides just enough coverage to serve the purpose of being – well – shelter. And when it’s all closed up, it just looks like a neatly stacked pile of wood. Check out these photos.
We frequently find ourselves fawning over small, efficiently-designed spaces, but when these micro-spaces are able to successfully integrate low-impact design both inside and out, we can’t help but be impressed by the level of architectural ingenuity at work. Designed by Lab Zero, the Yeta Log Cabin is a portable, multi-purpose dwelling that can be set up in any area to provide an extra bit of shelter. Not only does this compact space provide a place of refuge with a rustic aesthetic, but the interior of its small and sustainably-built frame doesn’t skimp on the basic modern conveniences — the Yeta comes complete with a kitchen, bathroom, shower, solar panels and more.
