These Two Cabins Are Inspired By Modern Architecture And The Beauty Of Nature
Are you looking for a place that could really help you reconnect with nature? A place that could help remind you of how beautiful and important nature is as a part of our lives? The Chalet Grand-Pic is basically built upon that idea through and through.
Consisting of two cabins, one bigger than the other, each with their own functions but both inspired by the surrounding woodlands. An open deck at the front door where you can sit down and take in the serene atmosphere and the interior of the cabin is given soft, gentle colors paired with spacious living space and lofty ceilings give it so much breathing room and enhance the calm and cozy feel of the cabins. The cabins are situated in Austin Quebec, Canada, surrounded by dense woodlands and the expanse of majestic mountains and glaciers making its surrounding scenery simply a sight to behold.
“Before even starting to imagine the project,” the firm explains, “the objective was to let ourselves be guided and inspired by the terrain’s characteristics.” The cabins are an example of what Appareil Architecture call “An experience of unique symbiosis between nature and architecture.”
