Designed by Tom Sandonato and Martin Wehmann, the kitHAUS is a set of pre-fab modules that can transform into a functional spaces of just about any kind, such as living spaces, home offices, kiosks, guest rooms and the list goes on and on. The use of the lightweight M.H.S. aluminum profile not only makes it easy to link modules together, it allows you to disassemble it, then reassemble it, not to mention maintenance is easy since it never needs to be painted and it’s impervious to rust, termites, and mold. Structurally insulated floors, walls and ceilings, and high quality dual glazed windows and doors also makes it energy efficient.
