Nature lovers will surely find this place a haven as the indoors are just extensions of the outdoors. The simple decor in natural tones allows you to enjoy the surrounding areas. The large glass windows that let you have a view of the exterior. You can also bask in the sunshine in their pool areas while the cool breeze touches your skin.
Located in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve in Africa, this lodge offers a different experience to those seeking a lifestyle close to nature. African aesthetic with minimalist architecture makes up the lodge design.
There are three main structures which make up the lodge as a whole and they’re referred to as Plains Houses.
The Plains Houses have private courtyards, open-plan lounge areas, dining rooms, bar, wine rooms, private living areas as well standalone bedrooms suites with dressing rooms and baths that open directly to the outdoors. The palette of materials used throughout the project which include Mica, Corteen steel and timber, are all chosen for their ability to age weather beautifully over time.
