Tumbleweeds Houses is seeing more and more older adults downsizing and moving into smaller homes for simpler living, and are making the most out of their tiny retirement homes.
Bette Presley is one such retiree who took the leap, and moved into a 166 sq.ft Tumbleweed Elm cabin at the age of 72. These compact cabins provide all the comforts of modern living but without the hassle of maintaining a big space. Presley considers getting rid of the clutter an added incentive.

A disabled widow, Dani, on the other hand, bought a Tumbleweed shell cabin and converted it into an accessible home, with a custom made chair lift that lifts her up into the sleeping loft.
