Imagine if you will, a luxurious log chalet nestled atop a dreamy mountain landscape.  Well, let me make this easier for you:  You don’t have to imagine it, because we have tons of photos to share with you.  This stunning little log home in Manigod, France is the highest building on the peak, and one of the best places to spend a perfect holiday.  The glorious chalet has three floors and sleeps a total of 8 folks with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Dazzling scenic views of huge green mountain expanses and topped off with a brilliant blue sky…. This detached chalet enjoys a dominant position on the beautiful Aravis mountains, just minutes from the charming village of Manigod 4 km precisely. You’ll find an excellent bakery, a restaurant and bar, a post office and a weekly market (July and August), where to buy fresh local specialties and other products. The tourist office organizes seasonal entertainment, which will give you a taste of mountain life. Four cars can easily park in front of the cottage, and you will enjoy the many outdoor spaces – including a sauna “Vision” – to admire the views breathtaking or bask in the sun, regardless of the season. The main entrance opens directly onto the top floor, where there is a space to store your jackets and other outdoor business. A first double bedroom is located on this level and a pleasant relaxation area includes a sofa, comfy cushions and a flat screen: an ideal room for children and teens, wanting to have a “corner their “. The living space is located below and offers a sublime panorama of the Manigod valley. The open kitchen has a dining table overlooking the deck, where you can unwind with a drink or a barbecue after a long day. Chalet Essentials is 4 km from the Croix-Fry Manigod the station, where you will find free parking, an ESF ski school, rental shop equipment, as well as several bars and restaurants. This is a perfect ski area for beginners.
