THIS WHIMSICAL HOME IS BUILT FROM SALVAGED FILM SETS

It’s creatively quirky!
This couple in New England has built the tiny home of their dreams. The cabin-on-wheels was built in New England in two years. The structure is made from wooden fragments of an old film set and all of its 18 windows came from salvage yards. Since the owners are into the creative industry, the pieces from inside and outside the cabin are truly unique. Such is the case with the steering wheel from an old ship displayed at the front of the house.
Inside, the cabin is equipped with full amenities for a cozy and comfortable living. Such amenities include electricity and plumbing, composting toilet, and propane stove. What makes the inside truly fascinating is the amount of quirky and vintage items one can find. The cabin has a classic Magic Chef oven, crocheted blankets, and handmade chandeliers.
The 15-by-15-by-18 sq. ft. cabin is not for sale.
“All in all, designing, building, and living in our tiny home has been the most rewarding experience of my life, and it has opened up so many opportunities for our careers as well as inspiring and bringing joy to people,” explains Chloe.
