Small, Affordable, and Made of Sustainable Materials
Tiny Timber LLC is a small house construction company started by Buzz Dolph and architect Noah Demarest. They specialize in designing and building pre-fabricated rustic styled tiny homes. Using natural and sustainable construction materials, Tiny Timber aims to provide alternative options for housing that are quality but still affordable.
In the past year, Noah and Buzz have been working on five different house models, with new designs continuously in development. These include The Cube, and the Tiny Timber One, Two, Three, and Four. The tiny homes range in size typically from 500 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft, with a price range of around $150,000-$200,000.
These homes are sold as kits through approved local builders that can handle the construction of the house. The kits are also available for any homeowner that would like to do the building themselves, but keep in mind that construction know-how and some heavy machinery are required to put together a Tiny Timber home. The models are available fully furnished, or as assembled shells which do not come with appliances, plumbing, electrical, drywall, or flooring (perfect for DIY enthusiasts).
