Today we bring to you a low budget alteration / addition project in Oakleigh Australia. Designed by WArc Studio architects, the idea was to provide a new rear living space and modify some of the existing residence such that the result is a learn-to mono pitch roof form that fits with the original 1960s era. The efficiency is increased in terms of the home’s thermal envelope, and therefore the solution is strategic and sustainable.
