This lovely two-story shelter called the “Soul Box” is the brainchild of German firm Studio Allergutendinge. You can cook, sleep, and work in this home and pack it up and go when you are fully recharged.
The lower floor features a sleeping and cooking area, while the upper floor has a work area. It opens up to a viewing deck so you can enjoy the beautiful views and get some fresh air.
Definitely a place we’d want to stay in to recharge our weary souls.
Allergutendinge’s inspiration for Soul Box came from “the dream of Arcadia,” which is the idea of an imaginary, pleasant paradise where you live in harmony with nature. Of course, we must eventually return to our everyday lives, and the designers planned for this. The wood frame construction can be disassembled to transport back home.
